Leaving the house on a regular basis to indulge your passion for books is a necessary form of self-care for those who would otherwise not find the time or space to indulge in reading at home. The premise for this book club is simple; It’s a gathering of people who come to the library for the purpose of reading together. Unlike traditional book clubs, there are no mandatory reading selections, and nobody facilitates a discussion. Think of it as mocktail hour for introverts!

Join us for our 1st "Silent Book Club"! We will spend 15-20 minutes socializing with our fellow book lovers, enjoy a mocktail or other beverage, and possibly a snack or two before we each find a cozy seat for an hour of silent reading!  Silent Book Club will be on the last Thursday of every month.
